Construction Helper (m/f/d) Heat Pumps

Aira stands for a new era in which heat pumps are the cleanest and most affordable heating option. As the next-generation craft business, we develop our heat pump in Sweden and manufacture it in Poland. In our own operations across Germany, more than 300 skilled workers already ensure customers a smooth switch to clean energy.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare installation sites for heat pumps
• Dig foundation pits, set foundations and perform core drilling
• Ensure trenching between heat pump and building in close coordination with planning
• Support ordering the right machines for our construction sites

Your profile

• Enjoy outdoor work and training new colleagues
• Strong communication skills and ability to cooperate effectively with staff at all levels
• Resilience and prioritisation skills in a fast-moving environment
